WebOct 24, 2013 · When I run rsop.msc and navigate to Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Log on as a batch job, I am unable to make any changes to the settings. The "Define these policy settings" checkbox and (Add User or Group) and (Remove) buttons are grayed out. RSOP stands for Resultant Set of Policy.
